This option allows you to add a DISC Report + Coaching for your Spouse or Child. All sessions will be done together.
Includes:
- One (1) Maxwell DISC Personality Indicator Report
- One Debrief Session
- One 60 min. session to debrief and discuss your report
- One Session to create a PDP (Personal Development Plan) with Action Steps
- One 60 min. session
- One 60 min. session
- Two Sessions for Coaching to the PDP
- Two 60 min. sessions
- We will review the Action Steps, your progress toward achieving them, and create new steps if necessary
** If you choose to add on your Spouse or Child, they will create their own Report, however you will do all of your sessions together. This is designed to foster growth for you together, for the benefit of your family.
